Lloyd Carr, Early M Women to be honored

This year's Homecoming Brunch will actually be a lunch. It's before the Illinois game on October 4th. Lunch starts at 12:30pm. Kickoff is at 3:30pm.

Lloyd Carr will be on hand to receive the 2008 Ufer Award. Also, the early M women will receive their Honorary M. This group of more than 300 female athletes competed for Michigan from the 1930s through the '70s, before women were eligible to earn a Michigan letter.

Note the new location of this year's event - The Coliseum at 721 S. 5th Ave, Ann Arbor. This is an 8-minute walk from Michigan Stadium.
