Justin wrestled for Michigan from 1985 to 1990. He was a two time letter winner and a team Tri Captain his senior year with top 24 showings at the NCAA, an Espoir Greco Roman National Title and was an invited training partner for the 1988 US Freestyle Olympic Team. Justin's Father, Nickolas Spewock, played football for Michigan under Bump Elliot and his Grand Father, Arthur Schlanderer, played hockey for Michigan from 1928 to 1931 and was a team Captain. Post college, Justin developed a 20 year career in the health insurance and employee benefit consulting field. Today, he is the CEO of Ballard Benefit Works, Inc., an employee benefit consulting practice, working with mid size employers from 100 to 30,000 members on all aspects of their employee benefits and health care finance and compliance.
